All the Crystals and Gems I purchase and put out in Green Radiance’s retail shop and LIVE Sales, are hand-selected from one of the leading ethical crystal distribution companies in the world. All materials are handled with Consciousness, Care, Fair Trade, Sourced, and Ethical from Brazil, Morocco, India, Uruguay, Bolivia, Madagascar, Congo, and Peru.
Caring for your Crystals
As you, your crystals like to give love and receive love.
Periodically wipe clean, with a dry or lightly damp clean cloth, from dust and debris that collects.
Water is said to neutralize any negative energy stored inside the stone although it is best to use natural running water from a stream for 1 minute (please do your research for which crystals is NOT good to run under water such as brittle, soft like selenite, kyanite and halite), pat dry when complete.
Salt water is also an option as it has been used throughout history to absorb unwanted energy and banish negativity - if your near the ocean consider rinsing from a bowl of fresh saltwater. Again, do your research as this is not favorable for malachite, selenite, halite, calcite, lepidolite, and angelite.
Other ways, but not limited to:
Brown Rice: fill a bowl with dry brown rice and bury your stone up to 24 hrs. Dispose of rice and wipe clean
Natural Light - Sun, Moon, Star: always give a cleansing bath for your crystals, gems, and minerals.
Smudge with Sage, Cedar, or any intuitive medicines of cleansing will do.
Sound Healing that creates a positive healing vibrational tone.
Selenite Stones, Dishes, etc. cleanse other crystals.
Bury In Earth for a few days - reconnects and replenishes their vitality energy
How to Program Your Crystal
Crystals are said to have innate healing properties. Taking the time to set an intention for your stone can help you connect with its energy and restore your own sense of purpose.
Hold the stone in your hand as you meditate or envision the crystal’s energy merging with your own.
Speak to the stone silently or verbally and ask for assistance in working through your current endeavor.
Thank the stone for its presence.
Then spend a few minutes in meditation.
(This is only one way to connect, I suggest following other ways especially what intuitively comes to you!)
You cannot get it wrong... if your intention is of positivity and wanting the best for yourself and your crystals, So Be It.

LIVE sales are complicated and intricate, so we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Green Radiance LIVE feed is the official timekeeper.
If there are any disputes about who commented “Claim” on an item first, Green Radiance’s live stream comment feed will be the reference point to determine who was first.

Payment
Payment is due within 24 hours.If you are having odd issues with payment, please contact me ASAP so I do not think you are abandoning your purchase.

Shipping, Pick-Up, or Delivery Available
SHIPPING: Calculated at check-out. We utilize USPS. Pricing starts at approximately $7.
PICK-UP: At the store in Green Bay
DEVLIVERY: Available for a flat $5 fee (Green Bay and Oneida ONLY).

Abandoned Claims = BANNED from LIVE Sales
If you do not pay within the 24-hour timeframe, your claim will be considered abandoned, and you will be banned from future Green Radiance LIVE sales.
Abandoned claims hurt my business, cause confusion and chaos, and are also unfair to other clients who may have wanted to purchase the item(s) claimed and abandoned.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.
After items are delivered to the client or the post office by Green Radiance, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. All taxes are included in price of items.
