How to claim an item

Simply make a comment on the live stream saying “Claim” plust the item number.

Example: CLAIM 7H

Commenting “Claim” is a commitment to purchase.

LIVE sales are complicated and intricate, so we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Green Radiance LIVE feed is the official timekeeper.

If there are any disputes about who commented “Claim” on an item first, Green Radiance’s live stream comment feed will be the reference point to determine who was first.

Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours.

If you are having odd issues with payment, please contact me ASAP so I do not think you are abandoning your purchase.

Shipping, Pick-Up, or Delivery Available

SHIPPING: Calculated at check-out. We utilize USPS. Pricing starts at approximately $7.

PICK-UP: At the store in Green Bay

DEVLIVERY: Available for a flat $5 fee (Green Bay and Oneida ONLY).

Abandoned Claims = BANNED from LIVE Sales

If you do not pay within the 24-hour timeframe, your claim will be considered abandoned, and you will be banned from future Green Radiance LIVE sales.

Abandoned claims hurt my business, cause confusion and chaos, and are also unfair to other clients who may have wanted to purchase the item(s) claimed and abandoned.
